The primary idea I can express, having experienced various states of altered consciousness, OBE, and lucid dreaming, is one of expansion of consciousness. Whatever the type of experience, a link with our physical body is always present. The most appropriate image to illustrate this would be that of communicating vessels. By focusing our mind on a different place, by bringing it to vibrate at different rates, we “pour” 90% or even 95% of our consciousness to a different level. The remaining 5-10% of our consciousness is rooted in the physical plane. Perhaps we’re only talking about 1% or even 0.01%?
